Yes. EasyClean is fully licensed and insured in both New Jersey and New York, which means you can have total peace of mind when you hire us. We take care of all the necessary credentials, so you're protected and your home is in trustworthy hands.
How do I book a cleaning?
Scheduling a cleaning with EasyClean is simple. You can book our service online through our website or give us a call (862)388-3706. Just choose your preferred date and time, select the type of service you need, and you're all set! We'll confirm your appointment right away.
Do I need to provide any cleaning supplies or equipment?
No. We arrive fully equipped with all the necessary supplies and tools to clean your home, including eco-friendly products. If you have a special cleaner or product you'd like us to use, just let us know. Otherwise, our team brings everything needed to leave your home sparkling.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
It's up to you. Many of our clients aren't home when we clean. If you're comfortable, you can provide us with a spare key or entry code and our vetted, trustworthy team will clean your home securely. Of course, you're also welcome to be home if you prefer – whatever makes you most at ease.
What if I'm not satisfied with the service?
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If anything was missed or not up to your expectations, let us know within 24 hours and we'll make it right. We can return to re-clean any problem areas at no extra charge. We stand by the quality of our work and want you to be happy with the results.
What if something is damaged during the cleaning?
We treat your home with great care, but if an accident happens, we've got you covered. Easy Clean carries full insurance for such situations. If something gets damaged, we'll repair or replace it. Our goal is to address any issue quickly and fairly so you can have complete confidence in our service.
